MORE about my music.

HMM. Well, i personally feel that the music industry is great and all, churning out so many great songs all the time, but the way the media has portrayed various superstars, well, it isnt helping the more talented but less physically gifted singers out there. Some singers have really great songs. But to many people, its all about the booty shaking and physical assets. Which is kinda wasted.

Come to think of it, not-so-good looking people are always given less priority than humans with blessed faces ): (OKAY. i am side-tracking)

Basically i like rhythm and blues, pop music, emo rock, ballads, new age rock, and dont mind the stuff that we see on MTVs. (hard metal is okay, but not when im studying.) (classical music soothes me, helps me to concentrate.) I listen to mainstream music, mainly. OH and chinese songs? hmm, i don't listen to them tt much, but its not like i have a grudge against my mother tongue or anth. ( But some chinese songs really sound cloned and identical=/ ) I HARBOUR A DEEP HATRED TOWARDS WAYANG and GETAI music. Please dont ever subject my ears to such torture.( sorry if i hurt any getai fans=D) And i love all final fantasy songs. (instumental)(beeeeeeeeautiful)

What do i think really makes a great song?

1) endearing lyrics are a must. They can be playful, meaningful, ironic anth else, but definitely not STUPID please!

2) nice melodies and tunes. Great music to empower vocals are great, dont you think? personally, i like melanchonic tunes that pull at e heart strings, but other than that, songs with a great beat and a unique sound, i liiike.

3) accoustic versions are nice. Especially when i feel like having an emo song day(:
